The PowerBench 2.0 Chin-Up attachment locks into the PowerBench 2.0 and gives the ability to do the staple of compound back movements. Pull-ups/Chin-ups are a tried and true movement for building muscle and strength. Target your lats and biceps with pull-ups and chin-ups. Work out your abs as well with hanging leg raises.
Only compatible with the PowerBench 2.0 Bench.
SPECIFICATIONS
- When attached to the PowerBench 2.0, the total height is 87' from the floor to the top of the attachment
- When not attached to the PowerBench 2.0, the Chin-Up attachment measures 51.5' in height
- The bar's handles measure around 50' from end-to-end
